My teen has stomach issues, and worried about taking a supplement for her low iron levels. This seems to work well for her.
My ferritin level was very low. I tried taking a different brand which didn't help my levels and gsve me side effects. Then my hemotologist suggested i take "elemental iron" but the brand he wanted me to take had dyes in it. So I searched for dye free iron suppliments and found nova Ferrum brand. After a few months, my ferritin level went up from 11 to 23. I take two of the 50mg capsules a day per my Dr. Thank you for making a product that is gentle on my stomach and dye free. My only request would be to make a capsule that is 100mg .

These small, easy-to-swallow capsules work great for my teen daughter. The only thing that would make them better would be the addition of Vitamin C to aid in absorption.
