NovaFerrum 125 is a High Potency liquid iron and is ideally suited for those preferring a liquid over taking a capsule or tablet. Our Liquid Iron is free of Alcohol, Sugar, Dyes, Parabens or Gluten. Ketogenic Diet

0.4 grams of carbs per dose (5 ml/tsp) from Glycerin

Directions

Adults and children over 12 years of age: 1 teaspoon (5mL) daily unless otherwise instructed by physician. Total 36 servings in a bottle. Children under 12 years of age: take as directed by physician. 

Do not exceed recommended dosage.

This helped me to be able to run again

World!

Everyone is going to have a different experience taking this. I heard the taste was bad but my dr recommended it as my iron levels are low. The taste is palatable to me, enough so that I ordered a second bottle. It’s not pleasant to be sure but I can’t take the pills they made me sick. The side effects are minimum for me. I struggle with some side effects but again their manageable. In two months my iron level (based off of my labs) increased enough to make my dr happy enough that I avoided infusions. My levels are still low but this so far is the quickest and easiest way I’ve ever gotten my iron levels up. So I will keep taking until I’m in the clear. Thank you for this product.

For Vampires

This product is disgusting. I was trying not to gag as I poured it in a measuring cup for my 7yr old who was instructed to take this by the pediatrician. It’s so thick, it smells like blood and the taste was no different to my child. I tried to give her something to wash it down with but the taste was so strong. I will not be forcing her to take this, so gross.

Appropriateness depends on circumstances

The product tastes fine. I wouldn't be able to tell whether it is effective in remedying an iron deficiency, until I had another blood test. I have stopped taking NovaFerrum long before my next blood test, in favor of ferrous sulfate pills, because I was prescribed a very small dosage of the liquid (1 ml every other day), and I have found it difficult and messy to measure out such a small amount of this dark, thick liquid.

I ordered this for my niece (34yo) and daughter (14yo). Both agreed the color, smell and consistency were not pleasant. On the plus side my 14yo could feel the difference when she stopped taking it. We probably won’t be getting this again.

Stomach Upset
