Then my hemotologist suggested i take "elemental iron" but the brand he wanted me to take had dyes in it. So I searched for dye free iron suppliments and found nova Ferrum brand. After a few months, my ferritin level went up from 11 to 23. I take two of the 50mg capsules a day per my Dr. Thank you for making a product that is gentle on my stomach and dye free. My only request would be to make a capsule that is 100mg .
